Public Address Management Platform
A public address management platform for medium and large airports, based on Bosch's flagship PRAESENSA full IP PA system, achieves multi-role, multi-task, user-friendly, easy-to-use, and traceable PA management, and seamlessly integrates with third-party systems to complete functions such as automatic broadcasting, internal communication broadcasting, and location-based broadcasting. The platform uses advanced Dante network audio technology to provide stable, high-quality, low-latency audio. Leveraging years of implementation experience and R&D, it realizes dynamic routing between multi-vendor Dante devices, greatly reducing the number of hardware devices and analog audio connections, and making the platform more scalable. In addition, the platform provides a generic RESTful interface for easy connection and integration with third-party systems.

Automated Announcement System
This system integrates seamlessly with the Bosch PRAESENSA full IP PA system, including interfaces for flight data systems, language libraries, TTS engines, Dante sound cards, etc. Different interfaces, languages, channels, backups, etc. can be flexibly selected and customized to meet the needs of different airport operations and management. Combined with industry-leading Dante dynamic audio routing technology, it not only avoids the broadcast queuing problems common to traditional PA systems, but also eliminates the input/output quantity limitations of traditional matrix-style PA systems.

Network Intelligent Call Station
The call station uses the latest network audio technology and supports three-tier network transmission. It can be used as a standard call station for day-to-day operations, as well as for emergency evacuation broadcasts in the event of unexpected incidents. Utilizing the interactive interfaces of dynamic operational databases from various industries, it can be further developed for special industry broadcast applications, such as dynamic automatic broadcasting or airline-specific voice announcements, displaying the passenger flow status of the FIDS/PIS system based on the Airport Operations Center Database (AODB) or the Integrated Business Exchange Platform (IMB).

Software Features

Leading Dante Dynamic Routing Technology
Dynamic routing refers to the automatic establishment of audio routes between the sending end of the audio source and the receiving end of the broadcast host using the sound management platform. When the audio source is turned on, the sending end and the receiving end are automatically connected, and they are automatically disconnected when the audio source is turned off. Compared to the static routing where the sending end and the receiving end are always connected, dynamic routing saves valuable audio bus (concurrent audio) resources and network bandwidth. It not only avoids the broadcast queuing problems caused by traditional static routing but also eliminates the input/output quantity limitations of traditional matrix-style broadcast systems.

Personalized and Simplified GUI
According to the user roles of different airports, departments, and workstations, configurable customized user interfaces and user permissions can be set up to achieve a unique interface for each position. Different roles can create personalized function menus, partitions, and group menus based on their respective needs, allowing for quick selection and rapid response during use.
