Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS-Statistics Indonesia) is a non-ministry government agency that provides data to the Indonesian government and the general public on structure and growth of the economy, social change and development. The BPS assist the statistics divisions of government departments and other institutions to develop a statistical system to set up work programs and periodic reporting schemes. Their work is carried out in collaboration with international institutions and other countries for the benefit of Indonesia’s statistical development.
Seeking secure Wi-Fi-enabled conferencing
Officers, government officials and clients of BPS meet regularly in its 35-seater conference facilities. BPS was seeking to upgrade this meeting space to operate in a wireless Wi-Fi environment. It was imperative that any solution proposed ensured that conferences and meetings could take place without any interference from other Wi-Fi networks. Installation was quick and easy, using solely Bosch technologies and, by the end of December 2019, BPS had full use of a sleek, modern conferencing facility running on Wi-Fi. This not only avoids the need for scattered and messy running cables but is easy to operate and provides quality sound and communication without the risk of interference from nearby Wi-Fi networks. Through our solution BPS are able to conference effortlessly, allowing them to facilitate their data more efficiently, much to the benefit of the Indonesian government and public.
