The Catholic Church decided to organize a groundbreaking synod. The high-stakes event brought together 440 assembly members and 100 collaborators from across the globe, requiring a seamless digital conference solution for collaboration and decision-making. With eight languages, 320 secret votes, and multiple working groups, the synod needed a fail-proof system to handle voting, documentation, and communication effectively.
