Bosch Cellular Services are designed to support security and fire applications. A range of cost-effective data plans for multiple carriers allow you to right size the service for your customers and build recurring monthly revenue.

Whether the installation calls for simple back-up reporting, programming, or short supervision intervals, Bosch has a service plan to fit.

Cloud connectivity for remote programming and end user app connectivity.

Once you have activated cloud connectivity for remote programming, you can plug the panel into the network using the on-board Ethernet port or a cellular communication connection. The panel reaches out to the cloud without the need to configure the customer’s network for inbound communications. The connection allows the Remote Programming Software (RPS) to connect securely from anywhere. Use RPS to make programming changes, firmware updates and run diagnostics remotely to reduce costly service visits. Your customers also have access to our Bosch Security Manager (BSM) mobile app, enabling remote command and control of their security systems from a mobile device. They can also receive personal notifications of events via text messages or email.

To access the Installer Services Portal and sign up for communication services, you will need a Bosch ID. Our associates can assist you with the onboarding process by helping you create a Bosch ID, activate your Installer Services account and schedule training.

Within your account, you can assign employee roles in order to customize access to technical or billing information.

Plan ahead for an upcoming installation by setting up panels and cellular communicators before going to the site. Besides adding new devices and services to an installation, you can also organize groups, sites, and devices.

Activate any cellular data plan or cloud services for control panel communications by entering or scanning the device ID. Check activation status, check cloud and cellular services connectivity status, change service plans or deactivate services.

Once enrolled, you’ll get enhanced reporting for service billing by device, invoice notifications and secure online invoice payment capabilities.
