DICENTIS software V 6.20

DICENTIS software 6.20 brings further meeting management options to users via Synoptic. With the update a chairperson can activate meetings, control the agenda, voting and presentation and run the speech and voting timers all through Synoptic. All controls are easily accessible via the bottom bar.

DICENTIS Software 6.20 has added new functionality to make it simple to create a meeting without information about participants ahead of time. Using the DICENTIS Meeting application, users are now able to create a meeting with automatically generated participants. This creates a meeting which starts automatically upon powering up the system. It also creates participants with the same name and rights as the seats. These can be modified with the preferred UI language, headphone language and name.

The software upgrade allows users to run their meeting their way. Version 6.20 offers people the opportunity to display the voting time, see and control the speech time, move through the agenda at the pace they require, control scheduled and ad hoc voting rounds and enable or disable the presentation mode. This all ensures that meetings run smoothly and always stay on track.

DICENTIS Software version 6.2 also features a number of notable improvements and bug fixes from the previous versions.
